Percy Pelican by Joel Scholz (from Go Fly A Kite)

“Percy” is a 3 dimensional replica of the endangered brown pelican. This kite incorporates a rigid anhedral/ dihedral wing with a soft, inflatable head and body, for an unsurpassed realism.

A first place winner at the 1997 American Kitefliers Association Grand National Championships, he was produced as a signed and numbered edition.

Constructed of three quarter ounce ripstop with polyester screening for vents. With proper care, Percy will have the longevity of the real bird.

Wingspan: 10 feet, 8 inches
Height: 5 feet, 4 inches
Windrange: 7 – 20+ mph.
Recommended line: 100 lb. test
