The AKA Board of Directors signed a contract with John Lutter to become the new editor of Kiting magazine. Outgoing editor, Daniel Prentice had this to say about the decision,
“I think the AKA made a great choice. John combines all the attributes needed for the job—editor experience, graphic arts skills, and a long-term commitment to the AKA and the wider kite community. I’m looking forward to working with him to make it a smooth transition.”
John will be taking over starting with the Fall 2026 issue.
