Two day event, Free to the public, free parking at Coleman Drive parking lot near
the rock.. Restroom on site. Event held on beach adjacent to and north of Morro
Rock on Morro State Beach. Demonstration areas for multi line kites and single
line show kites. General public free flying areas available. Vendor’s row.
Structured events such as kite making, candy drops etc TBA. Morro Bay is a
scenic and historic location on California’s middle coastal shoreline. room
reservations are recommended. AKA kiteflyers are welcome and invited to do
demonstration and exhibition flying.
